This afternoon was just like any other for Steven. Like usual, he walked from school with his older brother Derek and younger brother Zach, talking about their day and what they were going to do when they got home. They were happily side-by-side one another, chatting about this and that, though the middle child was excited beyond words on the inside. Today was his ninth birthday, and he couldn’t wait to get home, where he would no doubt find a surprise party waiting for him! Kyle and the Worst Sleepover Ever
He looked himself over in the mirror. The pajamas were snug-fitting, and shaped themselves around the form of the pull-up, but he didn’t think anyone else could tell. From the back he recognized the padding himself, but that was only because he was looking for it. No one else would check there, and even if they did, they wouldn’t be searching for pull-ups.
